Service Agreement

Conduit Trades — Starter System Service Agreement

This agreement is between Conduit Trades LLC ("Conduit Trades") and the contractor submitting this form ("Client").

Services Included: Conduit Trades will install and maintain the Starter System as described on the pricing page, including missed call text back, automated lead follow-up, custom job pipeline, appointment booking calendar, Google Business Profile setup and optimization, automated review request system, and monthly monitoring and performance report.

Monthly Fee: $247/month for founding clients. Setup fee waived. Price is locked permanently for the first 5 founding clients. After 5 founding client spots are filled, the price increases to $397/month for new clients.

Founding Client Commitment: A 90-day minimum commitment is required to secure the founding client rate. After 90 days, the agreement continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide accurate business information, respond to onboarding requests in a timely manner, move completed jobs to the appropriate pipeline stage so review requests fire correctly, and provide access to Google Business Profile and any other required platforms during setup.

What Is Not Included: Paid advertising, ad spend, full website design or rebuild, SEO campaigns, social media management, 24/7 live answering, or custom integrations outside the Starter System. Any work outside the Starter System scope will be quoted separately.

Data & Privacy: Client business information will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of delivering the Starter System. Conduit Trades will not sell or share client data with third parties.

Results: Conduit Trades does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. The Starter System is designed to capture and respond to leads more effectively. Results depend on lead volume, market conditions, and client participation.

By submitting this form, the Client acknowledges they have read and agree to the terms above and authorize Conduit Trades to begin setup of the Starter System.
