These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Conduit Trades ("we," "us," or "our"), including any communications, appointments, estimates, and work performed. By requesting service, submitting a form, or engaging with our communications, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

01 — Services
|
Scope of Work
Conduit Trades provides {{custom_values.trade_type}} services as described in any estimate, proposal, or service agreement provided to you. The scope of work is limited to what is agreed upon in writing prior to the start of any project.

Estimates
All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work. Any changes to scope or cost will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Scheduling
Appointment times are estimates. While we make every effort to arrive on time, delays may occur due to weather, prior job overruns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

02 — SMS Communications
|
Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your phone number and submitting a service request, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Conduit Trades. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service-related communications. This consent is not a condition of receiving services.

Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

|
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly. Opt-out requests will be honored within 10 business days. You may send HELP for assistance. Per FCC rules effective April 2025, opt-out requests submitted through any reasonable method — including email, phone call, or written request — will also be honored.

Not a Condition of Service
Your consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of receiving services from Conduit Trades.

03 — Email Communications
|
CAN-SPAM Compliance
All email communications from Conduit Trades comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes accurate sender identification, a clear subject line, our physical business address, and an unsubscribe option.

Unsubscribe
You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly at [email protected]. Requests will be processed promptly.

04 — Payment Terms

Payment Due
Payment is due upon completion of work unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to the start of work.

Late Payment
Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a late fee. Conduit Trades reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels.

05 — Cancellations & Rescheduling
|
Cancellation Policy
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Our Right to Cancel
Conduit Trades reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, staffing emergencies, or unsafe working conditions. We will provide as much notice as possible and work to reschedule promptly.

06 — Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conduit Trades's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Pre-Existing Conditions
Conduit Trades is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or issues discovered during the course of work that were not visible or known at the time of the estimate.

07 — Governing Law
|
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Conduit Trades is registered and operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

09 — Updates to These Terms
|
Conduit Trades reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
