Conduit Trades LLC provides contractor business automation systems including but not limited to missed call text-back, lead follow-up automation, appointment booking, pipeline management, Google Business Profile setup, and review automation (collectively, the "Services").

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Our Services are intended for contractors, small business owners, and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or receive SMS communications from Conduit Trades LLC. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are authorized to enter into a binding agreement.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Conduit Trades LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with contacts who have opted in through our website forms or booking pages. This section describes the full terms of that program.

Program Description: We send transactional SMS messages including appointment booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service follow-up communications, and responses to inquiries submitted through our website. Messages are sent only to individuals who have provided express written consent via our opt-in form.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and appointment activity with Conduit Trades LLC.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
• Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Coverage may vary.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Conduit Trades LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or network conditions.

No Sharing of SMS Data: Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

4. Service Agreement

A separate service agreement will be provided upon enrollment. The terms of that agreement, including pricing, scope of services, and cancellation terms, govern the specific services provided to you.

5. Payment Terms

• Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis
• Current pricing tiers are as described at the time of enrollment
• Setup fees apply as described at the time of enrollment
• Billing begins upon completion of your setup
• You may cancel at any time with no long-term contract obligation

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information required for setup
• Maintain access to accounts and platforms required for service delivery
• Use the systems and tools provided in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use our services for any unlawful or abusive purpose
• Ensure all contacts receiving SMS communications have provided appropriate consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, and materials created by Conduit Trades LLC remain our intellectual property. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your own data and contacts but not to proprietary workflows or system configurations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Conduit Trades LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months prior to any claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific results, including lead volume, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Results vary based on factors including your market, responsiveness, and business operations.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
